• Book a Consultation- This is an opportunity for us to meet, go over everything wedding, view our event rentals and packages and determine what works best for you and your budget.

• Receive your Color Coated Resource Booklet-  We have developed the most equipped resource package for our couples, such as suggested timelines, ceremony and reception scripts, decoration checklist, and more! 

​

• Schedule a Walkthrough- This usually takes place 30 days before the wedding day at the venue, expect to have the venue coordinator, catering manager, and of course us there to go over the final nuances. We will finalize the following: 

  • Schedule Ceremony and Reception Rehearsal 

  • Floor plan – Talk about ceremony and reception set-up, flow, etc. 

  • Wedding day Timeline

  • Planner Set-up List 

  • Review and finalize who is responsible for taking things at the end of the evening such as gifts, extra alcohol, couples personal items, etc.

• Ceremony and Reception Rehearsal- This includes the full wedding party including Mother/Father of Groom and Mother/Father of the Bride, the DJ or emcee to go over cues, the exchange of rings, the father and bride "hand off", and any other unique elements you would like to include in the ceremony. For the Reception, we will coordinate all wedding business including the announcement of couple and wedding party!
